About This Topic
A state-of-the-art collaborative robotic arm should be integrated in an Unreal framework for haptic feedback in VR. There are numerous existing libraries, a ROS driver, a robotic development environment and an existing Unity 3D framework. Different interaction devices have to be integrated (locomotion device, hand & body tracking) and safety guidelines have to be implemented. the resulting system provides convincing haptic feedback for different virtual objects in VR.
