About This Topic
Analyse the quality of speeches of members of parliament in Austria. This topic requires 1. to retrieve the transcripts of speeches from the server of the parliament, 2. to cluster the transcripts by speakers, 3. perform information retrieval and natural language processing on the texts and to summarize, quantify and clssify the text data. Interesting questions include: How big is the vocabulary of particular MP? What are preferred words of MP/parties? How complex are their sentences? Etc.
