About This Topic

Develop a pipeline (=software + organization process) for the manufacturing of Ebooks (e.g. MOBI-Format) from paper books. The paper source might be destroyed in the process & a scanner with staple processing capability can be assumed. For example, the steps can be cutting the paper, scanning it (2 sides!), OCR reading in Acrobat, page rearranging in Acrobat by a script, output file conversion by Calibre.
